Quiet, comfortable home perfectly located less than 5 mins from Walmart, St. Luke’s, and CSI. The sunroom makes it easy to spread out when traveling in a group and has a queen-sized sofa bed. Fully stocked kitchen with brand new appliances. Central heat/AC, laundry room, back patio, fully fenced yard, 2 dedicated driveway parking spots, and a ramped entry with a unique gazebo. Ideal for families/groups, traveling nurses, and anyone looking for a peaceful stay close to everything in Twin Falls.

Guests & Visitors

* Only guests listed on the reservation are permitted on the property.
* No parties, events, or gatherings of any kind.
* No unapproved visitors at any time.

Noise & Neighborhood Respect

* This is a quiet neighborhood — please be respectful of neighbors at all times.

* Any unauthorized pets will be charged a non-negotiable fee of $250 per pet per stay.

* Strictly NO smoking or vaping inside the house. Our toddler comes with us to clean and she's extremely sensitive to air pollutants.
* Do not discard cigarette butts on the property.
* Smoking-related odors or residue will result in heavy additional cleaning fees.

Cleanliness

* Please clean up after yourself during your stay. Guest cleaning supplies are available.
* Wash used dishes and take out trash as needed. Bins are located on the side of the garage.
* Leave the home in generally tidy condition at checkout.
* Excessive mess, spills, or stains may result in additional cleaning charges.
* Please use the provided turrets and do not put anything hot directly on the countertops. Damage will incur fees.

* Treat the home and furnishings with care.
