I've photos of dirty filthy carpets in room and hallway. We found a prescription pill under the bed, we showed it to the desk clerk. I said that this could have easily killed our small dog. Got no response.

Needs a cleaning

Lobby area smell of smoke, elevator was covred in handprints and who knows what? As well as the carpet was so dirty throughout the hotel. The blankets, curtains & carpets in our room were covered in idk? Looked like a crime scene. I think this hotel needs a whole new cleaning staff. Like youshould be able to recognize that the "white" blankets have a questionable stain on them as well as the carpet and curtains. I felt dirty even after taking a shower. My kids didnt even take a bath or go to the pool, because it was so gross. I think the ladies who are running it need to think about cleaning it better.

Thank you so much for the amazing stay! I know it was only for 2 days for myself and those that came with me. We stayed during Magic Valley Comic Con. The hotel was quiet, and felt like walking into a hug every time we came and went. We felt safe, and comfortable. It was hard waking up, because we felt so snuggled in and comfy. Thank you for being a great choice in Twin Falls!

The hot tub jets did not work. The carpet in the room was stained. Beds were comfortable and amenities and bathroom.were clean and filled. Great selection at breakfast although it ended a bit early. Doggy area was clean and well stopped with doggy bags.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE & DIRTY

This was one of the worst hotels I’ve ever stayed at and I travel often for work. I usually love quality Inn and suites. They’re usually very friendly and accommodating. This one in Twin Falls has the worst customer service representatives I’ve ever dealt with they act like they are being bothered if you even walk up to the counter, they have no Friendliness to them at all. There was blood stains on the linens. It was disgusting and the AC never worked and they did nothing about it at all. I would never stay here again. Especially a gal that she said her name was Betty. She even rolled her eyes at me. I have never had this kind of service at the quality and before I came to Twin Falls.
