Everything was wonderful, new and modern property with lots of amenities including an indoor pool and hot tub, fitness room, close to restaurants and shopping, easy in and off the freeway, and have a full kitchen in the room was amazing. Breakfast was included and was delicious as well. There are only two things that could be improved upon- the bed was not supportive and my back was sore the next day, the shower water pressure was too low, and they did not have a rollaway bed available.

We asked twice for an ice bucket and never received one. Also, the television was not connected to the system. We called and the service came up to determine what was wrong. He couldn’t figure it out. While he was getting a replacement controller, I figured where the HDMI needed to be connected.

Two and a half things to note…

Everything was excellent. Two things to note though. 1- they allow pets in every single room of the hotel so if you don’t want to sleep in a room where pets have been, book the Fairfield next door instead where pets are not allowed in any room. 2- For some reason, this hotel does not have bathrooms where the shower door that closes, so when you take a shower, water gets all over the floor and I mean ALL over the floor. Also, the showerhead was so weak that I could not get all the conditioner out of my hair. Other than that, we love this hotel.
