A full renovation, with holiday letting in mind, has created a modern, and calm place to relax. Nestle next to the warm fire in winter, or enjoy the high spec air conditioning in summer, this place has been tailormade as an all-seasons holiday base.
The Master Bedroom and Ensuite make up a second story escape, with stunning views to Aoraki/Mt Cook, Ben Ohau and Benmore Ranges. Yes, you can wake to sights of Mt Cook from the master bed on a clear day!
The living area expands onto an extensive, raised kwila deck like no other, while the large backyard and secondary access allows ample off-street parking for your boat or other toys.
