Charming Lakehome Central to Superior's North Shore Attractions 2 Bed / 1 Bath

This Lakehome is located at the Lakehomes at Superior Shores, a property adjacent but not affiliated with Superior Shores Resort, and offers wonderful views of Flood Bay. You are just steps away from water with natural rock beaches and ledges. Onsite amenities include a pool and hot tub (seasonal), walking trails, and a tennis / basketball court. This unit comes fully stocked and ready for your visit. As shown in the floor plan pictures, this Lakehome is a two bedroom single level unit with direct access to the shore from the deck. The unit offers three sleeping areas a private primary bedroom by the entry (king bed), a private bedroom with direct access to the deck (queen bed), and a queen sized convertible sofa in the living room. The unit contains a bathroom including a full tub / shower and a washer and dryer in the primary bedroom . A natural gas fireplace keeps the place cozy in the winter, ample windows allow a cool lake air breeze in the summer, and a mini-split AC/heat system in the family room. The spacious deck includes a grill and a patio table with seating for four. New for 2025: For more transparent pricing, there are no additional fees for cleaning or amenities.

Exciting News!: The unit is under new ownership and has undergone a significant upgrade including carpet, decorations, furniture, and refreshed amenities. Recently added mini-split AC in the living room for hot days. The unit has hi-speed Wi-Fi, Roku streaming televisions with guest mode. We are officially registered, licensed, and have been inspected by Lake County and have an up-to-date lodging license (#1644). If you need even more space we have an adjacent three bedroom unit also on VrBO.

We had a great stay in this charming lake home. The home is up to date, clean and with a great view of lake superior. We stayed here for a ski vacation at Lutsen, which is a short scenic drive up north. We will definitely return in the future.

This was a beautiful, spacious and well-appointed property. The landscape was well maintained and afforded privacy with a glimpse of the lake from the deck and a short walk to the rocks and beach below. The weather was perfect to sleep with the windows open and hear the sounds of the lake. We also enjoyed the gas fireplace in the evenings.

Jason, we had a wonderful time at your lakehome! I ea t to apologize for not letting you know when left. It was 10:00. We went rown to the wire as two teenagerscouldn't get going too quickly. We weren't sure what to do wirh sheets. Some are on top of the washer. It was kind of dusty and the floors weren't clean around the edges. I thought you would want to know that. I think I left my curling brush in the bathroom drawer. I don't expect to get it back. It's such a beautiful place!Thank you!Sue

Justin was a top notch host. Everything about the unit was as described. There is a rock beach just outside the door for agate hunters. Two Harbors is the gateway to the whole North Shore. The interior of the unit features recent updates. It is fresh and clean. Thanks? We will stay again!

Overall the stay was good. Seven months post knee surgery, a recliner or ottoman would have been nice. Tried to use sofa sleeper for that purpose and opened it to find mouse droppings. Nothing major a few dusty surfaces, leaky coffee pot. Probably would try again.
