The Beach Haven Penthouse Unit is located only a half block to Tybee Island`s South Beaches Pier & Pavilion, bars, restaurants, and shops! Featuring 2 private porches --one with an ocean view, a fully stocked kitchen, living, and dining area--as well as a king bed and designated work space--the Beach Haven Penthouse provides all the amenities for a comfortable beach vacation your family will remember! Located on the top level on the left hand side of the Beach Haven Estate, the Penthouse unit is a private, 1 bedroom 1 bathroom fully equipped accommodation with a formal living room, dining area, and kitchen. The bedroom has 1 king bed. Linens, towels, kitchen essentials, coffee, and bathroom amenities are provided. Please note we do not provide beach towels or chairs.
Outside, there is a charcoal grill in the carport along with an outdoor bar and seating area with cornhole --please note this is the only space that is shared with guests staying in the downstairs unit. There are two porches only accessible to you, so these outdoor spaces are private and are not shared with any other guests staying on the property. There is one off of the kitchen/dining area which features a view of the ocean, and a second porch off of the master bedroom. There is a pull out sofa in the living room to sleep an additional 2 guests.To access the property, go up the first flight of stairs (this will bring you to the beach haven lower unit). To access the penthouse unit, go up the second flight of stairs that are painted red white and blue, to bring you to your private entrance. A door code for keyless entry will be provided to you as well as detailed check in instructions 24 hours prior to your check in date. Check in is at 4pm & check out is at 10am.
Please park in the carport in the space labeled Unit 4.
