Pristine pastels and sultry seascapes assure an endless summer in this two-bedroom, two-bath condo, no matter what time of year you choose to visit! The master bedroom boasts a luxurious king-sized bed and an en suite bathroom featuring an spacious walk-in shower. The second bedroom has a queen-sized bed and is just steps away from the second full bathroom, which has a tub/shower combo. Each bedroom is outfitted with its own flat-screen TV, as is the cozy living area, with its queen-sized sleeper sofa. The full kitchen gleams with warm hardwood cabinets and stainless-steel appliances and has a perfect view through the living room to the floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors leading to the private balcony. The view of the courtyard adds a touch of the tropical to the already beach-y feel of the condo!

This condo has an open view from the balcony of the lawn and pool area in the center of the resort. All of our condos have elevator access. Covered parking under the buildings is optional. This condo also offers washer and dryer, full kitchen with all full size appliances, linens, private WiFi connection, and cable.

Beachside Colony Resort occupies an entire oceanfront block. We offer unparalleled access to both the beach and pools, making it the most convenient destination on Tybee Island. Our recently constructed pools feature a spacious heated pool for year-round enjoyment, alongside an expansive family-friendly sloping entry pool. Additionally, our onsite restaurant, The Deck Bar and Kitchen, boasts a walk-up bar, ensuring that refreshments are always within reach. Conveniently situated directly across the street from Beachside Colony is Tybee's Memorial Park, offering a wealth of recreational opportunities for guests to enjoy. This park is home to various amenities, including tennis courts, sand volleyball courts, basketball courts, and a captivating playground suitable for children of all ages. The Island’s YMCA is adjacent to Memorial Park and offers day passes for visiting guests. Additionally, the park features picnic and grill areas, making it an ideal setting for small to large family gatherings and social events.

If you would like to travel with your dog, we allow up to two dogs, with a one time pet fee of $100 per dog.

This condo offers its guests barbecue grills and an elevator. The front desk is open around the clock.
