Wait times during Tybee parade. Only one person working the front desk. Said they were stuck in traffic and could not get to work. That have been worked out before as everyone knows the traffic backs up to Tybee.

Had a wonderful relaxing stay. My only suggestions are as follows... 1. Direction on how to use the TV. If you do not have streaming services and were just looking for local TV stations it was hard to find them. 2. Given the registration area is a separate building then the rooms it would have been great to have a vending machine with drinks and snacks near the ice machine. Especially when the weather is bad. Even if it was like every other floor. 3. Shampoo and soap dispenser dripped into tub making it very slippery. A bathmat would have been useful.

Our room was so dirty. Like we could see other peoples hair on the floor. We asked for rags numerous times and every day and was always meet with - they didn’t have any. The bath tub leaked all over the floor so every time we showered or bathed, we had a mess to clean it. They let people party in the parking lot. Overall, horrible experience.

When we arrived the lady told me that there were no ocean front rooms available. This is a Monday morning in February. I explained to her that i had just looked it up on Expedia and they offered some. She told me that i must've put in the wrong dates. I went back to my vehicle and booked it through Expedia with a private balcony ocean front room. She just didn't want to help at all...

Not worth the $

I could get over everything that was wrong with this place if it wasn’t for the bedding. The bedding was so stained I’m not certain it had been washed. It was inexcusable. The hotel is outdated. There’s not even one USB charging port. Fridge and AC were very loud. The pipes hammered in the wall when the water was used. Tub didn’t drain well. There were extra fees when we checked in that we weren’t expecting as if it was a resort but this is no resort. There no amenities at all. Seems that local kids like to use the parking as a hang out and show off their horse power. It was very loud and very late. We will not return except to go to Fannie’s down the beach for dinner and drinks.

Very nice place to stay and the staff were very friendly. Close to food and shopping and just a few steps from the beach. We hard a partial ocean view which means we were on the 2nd floor. It was not bad at all and we could see the ocean pretty well from our room. The trees and dunes did not block too much from us.

They don’t offer any amenities yet charge for basic standard stuff. They charge an extra $45 a day just to park in front of the hotel. They claim they are a resort yet do not have food, spa etc. They charge for everything! Most hotels as a courtesy will give you a 12pm check out where they charge you an extra $50. It is $20 to use one of their beach towel. If you want a basic room and get nickeled and dimed then stay.

We always stay a chain hotel, so we were skeptical when booked. But we were very pleasantly surprised when got to our room. The room was similar to the big chain hotels we’ve stayed at. The staff were all very friendly and helpful!
