What Makes Breeze Inn Special?

A Home Designed for Gathering: Step inside and experience the welcoming charm of this eclectic cottage. The open-concept living and dining area features a Queen sleeper sofa, flat-screen TV, and a dining table for six—perfect for movie nights or game nights. The fully equipped kitchen includes a refrigerator, dishwasher, stove/oven, and all the essentials needed for home-cooked meals. From here, step directly out to the screened-in back porch, ideal for indoor/outdoor living.

Relaxed Coastal Living, Inside and Out: The screened porch is a guest favorite, with seating for 8 and views of the fenced-in backyard and pool. Whether you’re sipping coffee in the morning or enjoying a glass of wine at dusk, it’s a serene space to unwind.

Private Pool & Spa—Your Outdoor Oasis: Enjoy sunny days in the 8'6" x 17' private pool, with a maximum depth of 4'7", or relax in the 8'2" x 8'7" attached jetted spa with built-in seating. Optional pool and spa heating is available for an additional fee (please note: heating is not available in January or February).

The second floor of the home offers three bedrooms and two baths. The primary bedroom welcomes you with a King-size bed, an additional twin bed, and a flat-screen TV. The attached primary bathroom features a beautiful vintage claw-foot tub with a shower. The first guest bedroom is furnished with a King-size bed and a flat-screen TV, and the second guest bedroom is furnished with 2 Twin beds and a flat-screen TV. There is a shared full bathroom in the hall with a tub and shower combination. Just off the living area, which is where the stairs to the second floor are located, you'll discover extra sleeping arrangements with a Twin daybed and a full bathroom with a walk-in shower.
