Welcome to the Salt Gypsy Bnb Unit A. This 3 bed 2 bath duplex has been professionally designed and renovated to feature resort style amenities in an expansive outdoor space. Guests can enjoy a heated pool, sun loungers, outdoor dining with a grill, fire pit, and fully stocked pool house with a bathroom, tv, indoor/outdoor bar, and kitchenette.
This property is a duplex. This is the listing for Unit A (the side closest to the pool). The outdoor space is shared with guests staying in the other unit.
Upon entering the unit there is an open concept living area with a 55 inch smart tv, comfortable seating, and upscale furnishings. The kitchen is fully equipped with a stainless steel stove, full size refrigerator, and a 2 in 1 dishwasher sink for a unique space saving feature.
Off the kitchen, there is a queen bedroom with an ensuite half bath featuring a stall shower. This bedroom also has a designated work space with a desk. Passing through the queen bedroom towards the front of the property is the second bedroom with custom built bunk beds. The bottom bunk is a queen size bed and the top is twin size.
Past the living room guests can access in unit washer and dryer as well as the second bathroom with double sinks and a tub shower. The third bedroom at the back on the unit is King size with a Smart Tv and a door that leads to the exterior fire pit area and pool house for easy access. Each door leading to the exterior of the property is equipped with a door chime as a safety protocol for those traveling with small children.

3rd FamilyVacation
Really enjoyed our mini vacation. It was our annual trip with our daughter, son in law and 3 grandkids to Tybee Island. The house was perfect and in a great neighborhood. The kids enjoyed the pool more than anything. Timing our trip for the Pirate Festival made the trip even more fun. Would definitely want to stay here sgsin.
