There are two additional, good-sized bedrooms that provide ample space for the whole family, one of which also has claiming views of the Atlantic Ocean.

This is a family oriented building with year-round tenants. Violators may be evicted and/or fined. The City of Tybee Noise Ordinance requires strict observance of QUIET TIME between 10 pm and 7 am.



PARKING:

You have 2 free parking spaces on the ground floor under the condo building. No oversized vehicles, RVs or trailers allowed.



Maximum occupancy is 6 people at all times, including infants & children.



Minimum age to reserve is 25 years old.



No pets or smoking.
