Welcome to Tybee Island! This 2 bedroom 2 bath beautiful oasis boasts an outdoor patio and porch, backyard seating are with fire-pit, and is STEPS to the beach, bars, and restaurants. This property is a RARE find on the island, perfect for families or groups looking to enjoy a relaxing beach getaway without being too far from the local attractions!

This 2 Bedroom 2 Bathroom Beach house boasts a fully stocked kitchen and living area with all of the essentials to make your family`s beach vacation comfortable. Bedroom 1 has a King Bed with an ensuite bathroom. Bedroom 2 features a Queen Bed with a second bathroom for guest use. Additional guests can use the sleeper sofa in the main living area. Extra bedding is provided.

To access the property, guests will be provided with check in instructions 24 hours prior to their check in date. Check in is at 4pm, if you are interested in an earlier check in, please inquire with us. A code to the property will be provided in your check in instructions for keyless entry to the property.

This home is located on the beach-side of Butler Avenue between 6th and 7th Street. This is a prime location for families looking to stay close to the beach, as this home is located less than a block away from the 7th Street beach access - one of the island`s less congested beach entries.

Great location and charming on inside. Had issue with non functional front door handle which was fixed the day after arrival. Some minor maintenance and esthetic issues. Hosts were very responsive and accommodating. Kitchen with the basics. Good place for a long weekend stay with 2-4 adults.

Awesome stay at Tybee

Had a wonderful stay in this very cute and terrifically located home. Very clean and had ALL of the things you would hope for in a home away from home. Will definitely stay again when we come back to the Island!Thanks so much!The Miller family

Filthy.

When we arrived at the house there was sand and food all in the floor that I tried to clean up but the vacuum was broken so that didn’t work. The kitchen had water in it from a pipe that was undone under the kitchen sink. We had ants every where the entire and to finish the week up we started finding roaches. Communication was good with the host but overall cleanliness is a 1.
