We're a 2-minute walk to Spine and Joint and a 5-minute walk to UT Health and Christus Mother Frances. Enjoy easy access to downtown nightlife and Northside restaurants, plus shops and eateries in South Tyler. Our home features new furniture and super-fast internet, perfect for work or pleasure. Newly remodeled home in the beautiful Azalea district! Nestled among mature trees in a friendly, quiet neighborhood, our location offers convenience and tranquility. We're a 2-minute walk to Spine and Joint Hospital and a 5-minute walk to UT Health and Christus Mother Frances. Enjoy easy access to downtown nightlife, Northside restaurants, and South Tyler's shops and eateries.

Our home features new furniture, a king bed and smart TV in the main room, and queens in the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms. The large, open living and dining area is perfect for gathering and relaxing, with a 65-inch TV for movies and streaming. Perfect for work or pleasure with an added separate desk.

The kitchen is great for cooking with separate seating from the dining area. Enjoy a cup of coffee in the enclosed sunroom or the outside fenced yard.

We had a good stay. Good location to UT Tyler and Flint/Bullard area. The house was clean with needed essentials. Plenty of room too. Would rent again. Thank you for the ease in booking, checking in and checking out.

Accessible!

The shower was large enough to put a shower chair and there was enough room for a wheelchair. There is not a ramp but the steps are shallow enough we were able to use a cane and the railing, as well as the rails in the garage. Great place!

Perfect Place in Tyler

The house was fantastic and exactly like what you see in the pictures...only better! There are an additional sunroom and patio available. Gustavo was prompt and thoughtful with his communication. Definitely will stay in this house again when we visit Tyler in the future!

Very nice place

The house is amazing, very nice, clean in great location. Only thing to be aware of is they didn't provide hand soap in any of the bathrooms, not did they provide shampoo or other shower products. I ran to CVS to get those items, and I donated the hand soaps I purchased for the next family.

Lovely and Comfortable

We had the pleasure of renting this property during the holidays as an overflow to our parent’s house. The beds were very comfortable with soft sheets, the kitchen well-appointed, and the host was lovely and available. The location was great for us and there is a grocery store less than five miles away. We would definitely recommend the house and would stay there again. Thank you!
