Very pleasant staff, we arrived late at night and the staff member greeted me cordially and made our first impression great. Bed was wonderful, room was clean, and the area was convenient with shopping and dining - we got our breakfast late at The Egg, and got dinner at further down the street. Very close to UT Tyler. Would absolutely stay again.

Clean, everything worked in the room, fast check-in, you do have to pay $25 if you check in more than an hour early, good breakfast, and happy they had coffee available all day in the lobby as well as providing a couple of water bottles in the room. We'll stay here again when we visit the grandkids.
