It features a New Washer/Dryer, Fresh paint on the interior and exterior, New Gutters, Faux 2" Wood Shutters, New dishwasher, Oven, Refrigerator, & Ceiling fans. Additionally, our Interior decorator has added a fresh touch of creative to the Property that will be sure to make you feel like its home away from home!

This is truly your home away from home.

You will have Access to the back yard and basement area where the Washer and dryer are located.

The Azalea/Medical District is one of the more sought out areas in town with a melting pot of demographics and conveniently located near downtown Tyler. There are loads of great attractions from 1948 Coffee shop, Comedy Shows, Theater, bars, Great Steak Houses literally 2 blocks away.

You could literally walk to most attractions like East Texas Brewery and loads of other attractions. The Azalea district is the old historic brick street neighborhood of Tyler, Texas. Parking is first come first serve in front of the unit as other guest may share the space from time to time. Parking is always available on the street as well.

You will also have access to the back yard Gazebo and BBQ PIT.

Weekend Wedding Stay

We stayed here the week of our wedding and it was conviently located to everything we needed. This house is located perfectly for downtown. It is a lovely house, I loved the old hardwood floors it has. Roland was very nice and sent us some places to check out.
