Located on Lagoon Drive in the heart of Umhlanga, our apartments are just a minute`s walk from the beautiful promenade. With 24-hour security and secure parking, you can relax and enjoy your stay with peace of mind.

Our apartments are perfect for couples, comfortably sleeping 2 in a queen-sized bed. If you`re traveling with a little one, we also offer cot rentals for R299 per night.

Upon arrival, you can easily collect your keys from the security guard. You`ll receive a labelled envelope with your front door and lift key cards, giving you access to your floor and apartment.

Umhlanga is a vibrant and convenient place to stay, with the beach, malls, shopping centres, top schools, hospitals, and business parks all within minutes away. And when you`re ready to explore, you`ll find ample transportation just outside of the hotel.

Please note that Oceans Apartments are self-catering units and do not offer the same services as the hotel. However, we do offer a daily refresh clean of the apartment for your comfort. Towels and amenities such as toilet paper will not be replaced, but you`ll find everything you need at the nearby shopping mall. • NB: Drying laundry on the windows or balcony is not allowed at this property, should you ignore this law, you will be fined R1000.00 by the property manager.
• Our unit does not have a backup power source during load shedding events.
• We`re remote hosts, and our team is available to assist you via phone calls and messaging between 8am-10pm daily,
• Note: On-site assistance may incur a 1-hour wait and in a case of lost keys, a call-out fee is applicable.

Please note that our services include a mandatory exit cleaning fee, tailored to your room type, to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and comfort for all our guests. For extended stays, we offer a complimentary refresh service every 2nd day, including a towel change. For shorter stays, we encourage self-sufficiency with the convenience of an in-unit washing machine, as our accommodations are self-catering. However, if you require housekeeping services during your short-term visit, we are happy to provide this at an additional cost. We do however, offer one complementary clean for bookings longer than 14 nights and two complementary cleans for 30 days bookings/month to month bookings.
NB: Please be aware that our Housekeeping services are not available on holidays and Sundays.
