Lugar maravilhoso, amei!!!

Apartamento maravilhoso, onde passei um final de semana incrivel com minha família. Bem equipado com todo os utensílios e equipamentos, tudo igual ao descrito no anúncio, com uma ótima localização bem pertinho da praia. Único ponto fraco, foi a questão da escada para subir pro apartamento, dificulta um pouco carregar as bagagens e compras para cima, pelo fato do ap ser no último andar, fora isso estava tudo ótimo!!!! A Lúcia, dona do apartamento foi super atenciosa comigo desde a reserva até o final da viagem, tirou todas as minhas dúvidas e me auxiliou no momento da chegada. Super recomendo este imóvel e concerteza voltarei mais vezes com a minha família.❤️

Ano novo perfeito

Viajei com os meus amigos para passar o ano novo em ubatuba e não poderia ficar mais satisfeita. O apartamento é muito próximo da praia das Toninhas (5 minutos apé), mas também é perto da praia da Enseada e Praia Grande (15 minutos de carro). O apartamento em si não é muito grande, mas é super funcional. Desde que realizei o pagamento do aluguel, a proprietária se manteve em contato comigo, tirando as minhas dúvidas e me auxiliando em tudo o que precisei. Os banheiros estavam extremamente limpos e a casa bem arrumada quando chegamos. O andar de cima é uma delícia para quem quiser fazer um churrasco, tomar sol ou ficar descansando. A única questão que tivemos é que o prédio não possui elevador, o que pode dificultar subir com as compras/crianças pequenas. Mas, mesmo assim, eu voltaria sem dúvidas para esse apartamento.

Duplex surpreende

Duplex é bem amplo, claro e ventilado. Mobiliário completo, tem até purificador de água. Localização ótima 100 metros da praia. Recomendo, pois pretendo voltar mais vezes. Indico para quem me perguntar sobre apto na praia. A anfitriã, muito atenciosa e responde rapidinho suas perguntas.

Ficamos hospedados em 3 pessoas mas comporta bem mais, ótima localização, há alguns metros da praia, não precisa nem tirar o carro da garagem, tem todos os itens de uma casa para ficar tranquilamente varios dias. Indico e voltaria com certeza.

Muito bom o apartamento, realmente vale a pena. Quarto com tamanho bom. Acomodou muito bem. Fomos em 6 adultos e 2 crianças. Recomendamos. Fica próximos da praias, Praia da Enseada, Praia Grande e de frente com a Praia das Toninhas. Uma ótima localização. Agradeço também pela atenção dada pelo Sr. Marcos e pelo zelador Sr. Claudio. Quem tiver a oportunidade de conhecer Ubatuba pode hospedar nesse apartamento.
