Casa grande, confortavel e bem localizada!

A casa é exatamente como nas fotos, muito limpa e organizada, possui ar condicionado em todos os quartos, bem equipada na cozinha, so a churrasqueira q esta do lado contrario da cozinha e longe da piscina, o que deixa a familia separada se tivermos usando, mas nada demais! Caseiro muito prestativo e atencioso! Casa com alarme e total segurança. Tudo o que foi pedido pro proprietario, tinha na casa! Bem perto da praia e de comercio!Minha familia veio de Portugal, e Adoramos, passamos dias muito descontraidos! Obrigado!!!

Ótima estadia

Gostamos muito do imóvel, é uma casa boa, fomos bem recebidos e tudo estava limpinho. Só acho que tem umas coisas simples que poderiam melhorar, a casa não tem varal, possui poucos copos e xícaras (não são suficientes para o número de pessoas que a casa comporta) e poderiam deixar uma bucha e detergente na cozinha. A posição da churrasqueira tbm não é das melhores em relação a piscina.

FÉRIAS DE INVERNO

Local espetacular, caseiro uma simpatia, muito atencioso. Chegamos antes do horário e com muita presteza foi autorizado o chek in com algumas horas de antecedência. Tudo muito limpo, conseguimos cozinhar na casa sem nenhum receio. Sugiro apenas ao proprietário que providencie um corrimão nas escadas.

Excelente Custo-Benefício

Casa ampla e arejada. Cômodos grandes. Piscina linda. Vizinhança tranquila e a localização é espetacular. Algumas observações : A casa não tem portão eletrônico conforme diz o anúncio. Na cozinha, tem tudo o que é necessário porém o forno do fogão não funciona. Falta um Wifi. Precisa corrigir alguns pequenos detalhes como instalar espelho em alguns banheiros, suporte de toalha e uma melhor atenção com os chuveiros pois um estava queimado e um outro não esquentou. A Zeladora que nos atendeu, não tem experiência alguma porém é uma pessoa muito bem intencionada. Fomos informados que o Zelador titular estava de férias. A piscina apesar de linda, é extremamente gelada e impossível de se usar em dias não tão quentes. A churrasqueira precisa ter uma limpeza mais caprichada e a casa precisa ter mais panos de chão, vassouras, pás e linhas de varal. Enfim, coisas simples de se corrigir. A proprietária nos atendeu prontamente quando precisamos. Uma pessoa muito simpática e responsável. Resumindo a avaliação, posso dizer que vale muito a pena alugar este imóvel. De 0 à 10, dou nota 9 e recomendo à todos que queiram passar alguns dias em Ubatuba com toda a família afinal, nossa estadia foi excelente e quase perfeita ! Agradeço aos proprietários e espero que possamos voltar em breve.

Muito boa!

A casa é muito espaçosa, mas estava um calor insuportável e nos quartos por não ter ar condicionado ninguém conseguiu dormir dentro da casa. Quanto ao caseiro Sr Louro muito atencioso, todos os dias a piscina era limpa e o Dono da casa também foi muito prestativo e atencioso em tudo que foi solicitado. Pessoa agradável de se negociar. Obs: Coloquem ar condicionado por favor.

Casa muito boa amplo espaço, excelente caseiro, ótima localização, gostamos muito da estadia lá. Nossa unica sugestão é que tivesse na casa um tanquinho ou uma máquina de lavar roupa, iria facilitar muito pra quem ficar mais de 5 dias hospedado na casa.
