Casa muito gostosa e aprazível, de ótima localização.

Minha família e eu alugamos essa casa por um fim de semana no começo de fevereiro. Gostamos muito. A casa é grande, arejada, e muito bonita e bem construída. Está localizada dentro do condomínio da Lagoinha, e está literalmente a uma quadra da praia, numa esquina. Gostamos da localização não só pela proximidade da praia em si, mas por o acesso a esta ser já bem próximo ao final da praia, perto do rio e da "Trilha das Sete Praias". Falei com a Regina que foi muito atenciosa e respondeu todas as minhas perguntas com rapidez, por WhatsApp. A casa é limpa e bem equipada, com utensílios de cozinha, colchões e travesseiros. Há dois quartos dentro da casa, uma suíde de casal e uma com dois beliches, e há também uma edícula do lado de fora da cozinha, que tem também mais dois beliches, se me lembro bem. Moro no exterior e já aluguei casa de praia em outros lugares, como Havaí e Ilhas Cayman. Devo dizer que esta casa da Lagoinha foi uma das minhas favoritas em termos de limpeza, espaço, e "agradabilidade". Também achei o valor bom em termos de "custo-benefício", já que os valores na região de Ubatuba parecem ser altos em geral. Em suma, espero voltar, e com certeza recomendaria a amigos e família que procurassem casa pela Lagoinha!

A casa é bem gostosa, arejada e ótima localização! Porém o quarto do fundo tinha muita teia de aranha, demonstrando que não teve uma limpeza minuciosa , assim como a caixa de talher com muito mofo nos utensílios de madeira! precisa de uma solução para o cheiro dos banheiros, principalmente o lavabo o cheiro era insuportável! Mas a estadia foi boa!

Localização muito boa. Atenciosa e muito gentil da d. Regina (proprietária) assim que fiz a reserva. A casa, por ser uma construção antiga, tem camas beliche em alvenaria um pouco pequenas. Meus filhos, nem tão grandes (1,75 cm), couberam justinhos na cama. Tudo muito limpo, faltando, apenas, uma melhora na garagem, com infiltrações de água, o que impressiona um pouco. Mas dentro, tudo ok. Retornaremos.

A casa é confortável, bem fiel à descrição e as fotos. Limpeza deixou um pouco a desejar, mas nada que comprometesse a estadia. Realmente é bem próximo à praia. A varanda externa da casa é muito grande. Só faltou as redes. De maneira geral, valeu a pena.
