Casa boa, porém no pico da montanha

Casa muito boa, muito bem esquipada, mas para chegar na mesma, tem que ter um Bom preparo físico no mínimo, pessoas idosas e/ou dificuldades de locomoção, não conseguirão subir. Veículos com motorização baixa terão sérios problemas em subir o morro. Do mais, a casa é ótima, além de uma praia bem tranquila.
