Gostei: limpeza, café de manhã Não gostei: comunicação quando tivemos um problema com vizinhos extremamente barulhentos. A gerência foi completamente ineficaz na solução da família problemática na sala atrás da nossa, apesar de vários outros hóspedes vizinhos também terem reclamado. Minha esposa e eu acabamos saindo um dia mais cedo, pois não agüentamos mais uma noite sem dormir. nos foi oferecido nenhum pedido de desculpas nem nosso dinheiro de volta para o dia e a noite em que não ocuparíamos o quarto, nem um crédito. Uma experiência extremamente decepcionante para uma estadia que começou tão agradavelmente.
