    Eu e a minha família tda adoramos a hospedagem na casa do Sr Marcio, tudo bem limpinho, a localização é ótima, cumpriu com o prometido em tudo e a Rose é muito atenciosa tb. Ano q vem estaremos ai novamente. Obg!

    O Sr. Marcio sempre foi muito claro e correto e nos atendeu prontamente. A Rose que nos recepcionou na casa foi uma surpresa, muito prestativa, simpática e organizada. Gostamos muito! O lugar é muito agradável e nos acomodou muito bem. A casa é muito completa e confortável, a piscina e churrasqueira são maravilhosas. A suíte master é ótima e, os outros 2 quartos são pequenos, mas acomodam satisfatoriamente. Os únicos pontos que necessitam de pequena manutenção são quanto a iluminação externa e a manutenção do piso em volta da piscina. A mesa de ping pong do clube não existe mais.

    Casa boa e espaço externo excepcional para churrascos e piscina excelente A Rose ( que nos recepcionou) e o Dé( piscina, jardim e manutenção) são muito amáveis e prestativos e atendem muito bem qualquer eventual ocorrência. Passamos dias inesquecíveis nessa propriedade!O Condomínio é excelente e a segurança é 24 horas por dia! Altamente recomendada!

    Reveillon 2017 - MARAVILHOSO

    Casa com ótima acomodações, situado em um condominio com total segurança e conforto. Cozinha bem equipa bem como a sala e os quartos os quais estavam limpos e arejados, a aréa da piscina e churrasqueira foram na opinião de todos a melhor área devido a piscina bem grande e o amplo local para churrasco. Pegamos dias muito quentes e sentimos um pouco o calor nos quartos menores que possuem uma ventilação um pouco reduzida. A menos de 01km da entrada do condominio, existe mercados e um pouco mais a frente na rodovia eixte um mercado bem mais amplo e completo.

    Muito sol , praia , piscina e churrasco!

    A semana foi perfeita , muito sol e pudemos aproveitar ,além de Ubatuba, a Casa , sua piscina e também o Clube do Condomínio Ubatuba Country principalmente o campo de futebol soçaite e a quadra de tênis!. Conforto , diversão e a segurança 24 hs por dia! Muito bom!
