Quarto: chegamos quase 1h da manhã, não tinha uma água no frigobar (nem para comprar). Limpeza: bem ruim. Banheiro todo esverdeado no piso, claramente com limo e fungos. Não entramos descalços. Tampa do vaso toda descascando. Funcionários: nada cordeais. Respondem com grosseria uma pergunta simples. Passaram o horário errado do café da manhã para nós. Piscina: suja. Café da manhã: nada demais, quase sem opções. Não tinha nem água disponível para tomar. Quarto: A “TV” era apenas um monitor de computador com 16”. Ar condicionado em uma posição péssima, pois o vento bate no rosto. Não recomendo. Achei o valor muito alto para pouca entrega.

Quarto que ficamos escuro, banheiro sem janela, sem ventilação. Colchão e travesseiro desconfortáveis. Roupas ficam com odor de mofo. Isso pq fez sol, fiquei imaginando qdo só chove! Área para estender roupa muito precária. Atendimento foi ótimo, mas instalações do quarto que ficamos era terrível. Vi que os quartos que fazem propaganda não é condizente com o que ficamos, infelizmente. Estacionamento - vagas pequenas para carros de porte maior.

Foi ótima experiência. O fato de o Lázaro ser uma praia mais afastada do centro dificulta o acesso a vida noturna e restaurantes devido ao grande movimento de turistas em alta temporada, porém para mim que busquei um lugar tranquilo para descansar sem muito agito, essa foi a melhor escolha: muito próximo da praia, confortável e tranquila minha estadia. Recomendo.

A localização é ótima, muito próxima da Praia do Lázaro. A pousada é uma gracinha, simples porém aconchegante e uma decoração inter- religiosa que respeita e agrada a todos. A piscina, apesar de pequena também é uma delícia. Tenho apenas duas sugestões de melhorias: Primeiramente quanto a ampliação da variedade de opções no café da manhã, considerando que todos os dias o cardápio era o mesmo (apesar de ser tudo fresquinho). Em segundo lugar, aconselho se possível a providência de uma caixa d'água individual maior, considerando que no fim do ano normalmente há sempre problemas com falta de água. De qualquer modo, vale pontuar que o pessoal da pousada garantiu que todos conseguissem ter acesso à água mesmo diante dos problemas da Sabesp.

Os funcionários são muito gentis, a pousada apesar de ser simples é bem cuidada e aconchegante. Adorei a decoração ecumênica… Só teria dois apontamentos de melhoria: ampliar um pouquinho mais o cardápio do café da manhã, em termos de variedade. E além disso, talvez ampliar a caixa d'água considerando que fim de ano costuma faltar água no litoral. Vale ressaltar, que mesmo diante desses apontamentos o café é saboroso (mesmo sendo repetitivo nas diárias) e os atendentes da pousada fizeram possível para garantir a liberação da água o mais rápido possível nos dias que houve problema com a Sabesp.
