The apartment is completely private, offering a warm and quiet space to rest, while the shared bathroom, located just a few steps away, is kept spotless and includes a shower, hairdryer, and complimentary toiletries like shampoo, gel, and soap.

Equipped with air conditioning and heating, the space stays comfortable year-round. The kitchenette includes everything needed for light cooking or breakfast at home: fridge, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, and essential kitchenware. The dining area, TV, and cozy lounge space make it easy to relax at any time of day.

*This apartment is part of a small hotel composed of six private tourist apartments, all sharing access to common bathrooms located within the building.
Extra guest after check-in 60€/day.

The house must be picked up, otherwise an extra cleaning fee will be charged to the guest.

Pets are NOT allowed. Non-compliance will have a penalty of 250 euros.

No parties or events are allowed in the accommodation.

Smoking is not permitted. It will carry a penalty of 150 euros.

The noise levels and sleeping hours of the adjoining neighbours must be respected.
Failure to comply with the rules will result in immediate cancellation or financial penalties.

It is compulsory to fill in the documentation of the guests as indicated by the Spanish authorities of accommodation, with the data of the DNI/Passport in the link that we will send you.

Damage to the following amenities will cost:
10 € small towels
20 € large towels
10 € sheets
30 € duvet cover

In case of damage or breakage of the lock of the entrance door to the accommodation will entail a penalty of 700 euros.

The loss or non-return of any key or control of the accommodation or garage will cost 60 euros.

Any damage during the stay will be deducted from the pre-loaded deposit.

The cleaning or maintenance team will always access the property if any unforeseen events occur that they can solve.

We are not responsible for any belongings left in the accommodations.

This apartment offers its guests an elevator. The front desk is open around the clock.
