O quarto atende às necessidades considerando o preço ofertado, porém deixa a desejar em alguns pontos. Em algumas ocasiões, os funcionários esquecem de disponibilizar toalhas e cobertores aos hóspedes. A garagem fica em um estacionamento em frente ao local, mas a presença de veículos maiores nas primeiras vagas dificulta o acesso, exigindo manobras complicadas dos demais carros. Por outro lado, o café da manhã é muito bom e se destaca positivamente na experiência.

Fiz reserva para um quarto duplo luxo e me colocaram é um quarto de casal normal paguei valor da diferença de quarto para ter mais conforto chegando no hotel falaram que o duplo estava alugado e me coloração em um normal e não me reembolsaram , além de tudo hotel é muito barulhento não consegui dormi a noite muito barulho nas escadas fiquei decepcionada
