Loved, loved, loved. The staff is phenomenal. Everything is spotless. The grounds are small, but picturesque. They have a great restaurant attached to the hotel and across at another property. A money changer’s is next door, so is a nail salon, and a Circle K is a few steps down the street. The free shuttle into town is great, but Grabs are also incredibly cheap.

The staff were Friendly and helpful but I was getting way too many texts, emails and messages in all possible portals ( messages over Expedia, emails and also messages on WhatsApp ) which I found overwhelming and so much that I didn’t read all communication as it was just a lot! We had a humidity / mold in our room in the first night which was really unpleasant but the acted well on the second day and changed us to another one, which was better but you can still smell the humidity. I didn’t appreciate the breakfast offer as you don’t have much to chose from and the portions were pretty small, you get a one croissant or small fruit salad, one main dish ( with two eggs and two small slices of bread) coffe and a small juice.

We would love to say a big thank you to all the staff at Adiwana Suweta. From the receptionists, the runners, the housekeeping, the spa, the staff at the poolbar, rooftop bar and the ones in the restaurant including the chefs. Their service was above and beyond! Also the WhatsApp service with quick response when we asked questions was exceptional. The villa we got with a private pool, loved it! The all day breakfast from 7am till 10.30pm, genious! The food was fantastic. The free shuttle service to the center of Ubud was also great. The VW trip was a success. There is nothing that we disliked about this hotel. What a great experience. The staff was the friendliest of all the hotels we stayed in Bali. The food was nice, cleaned our room twice everyday, and the fridge get filled everyday with no additional cost etc etc...
