Welcome to Ucluelet Moorage

Ucluelet Moorage is a bright downtown harbour-view condo overlooking the marina. Enjoy sweeping views of the harbour and surrounding old-growth forests from the large private balcony. This beautifully designed two-bedroom suite features handmade live-edge cedar furniture, a cozy fireplace, and an open-concept living and dining space — creating the perfect blend of comfort, warmth, and West Coast style.

With queen beds in both bedrooms, a sofa bed, and spacious dining for four, the suite is ideal for couples, small families, or friends seeking a central and comfortable base. Walk to local shops, restaurants, and the waterfront, or explore nearby trails including the Wild Pacific Trail and Pacific Rim National Park, just a short drive away.



THE INTERIOR

A bright, open-concept downtown condo featuring handcrafted cedar furniture, heated floors throughout, and high-end finishes that blend coastal charm with modern comfort.



SLEEPING

The suite comfortably sleeps up to six guests, featuring two queen beds with handmade cedar frames and a queen pull-out sofa bed in the living room.



BATH

Two full bathrooms offering plush towels, shampoo and conditioner from local refillery The Den, toilet paper, hair dryer, and a first aid kit for your comfort and convenience.



KITCHEN

A fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel fridge, stove, microwave, dishwasher, shaker-style cabinetry, granite countertops, and all cooking essentials. Complimentary coffee, tea, sugar, salt, and pepper are provided, along with a blender and drip coffee maker.

Cleaning items are provided by local company Mint.



COFFEE + TEA

Enjoy a starter supply of locally roasted Foggy Bean coffee, brewed fresh with the drip coffee maker. Organic Thay Tea is also provided for tea lovers.



DINING / LIVING OPEN CONCEPT

The open-concept living and dining area features a Canadian-made sofa with a queen pull-out bed, a hand-made dining table for four, and a 50” “Frame” Smart TV. Large windows provide abundant natural light and showcase beautiful marina views. Books and games are also available for your enjoyment.



LAUNDRY

Washer and dryer in-unit. Instructions provided in the welcome guide.



PUP PATROL

Pet-friendly (max 1 dog). Dog towels, small bed, and bowls provided. Fee: $50 plus tax. Further pet instructions are provided in the house guide.



EXTERIOR

A spacious private balcony with BBQ and two harbour-facing chairs — perfect for morning coffee or evening drinks while watching boats and seals in the marina.



ACCESS

Ground-floor unit with exterior covered staircase (approximately 4 steps). Elevator available; key on lanyard located inside the unit.



INTERACTION

Self check-in. Blue Crush’s local team is available by phone or text for questions, support, or local recommendations.



LOCATION

Located downtown Ucluelet on the marina, within walking distance to shops, restaurants, waterfront activities, and local galleries. A short drive takes you to Pacific Rim National Park and beaches including Florencia Bay and Long Beach. The perfect hub for West Coast adventures, fishing charters, hiking, and coastal exploration.



PARKING

1 designated on-site parking stall.



TRANSIT

Enjoy safe and scenic travel options with a designated multi-use path (MUP), perfect for walkers, bikers, joggers, and strollers. During summer, take advantage of the free shuttle bus from town to the info centre.

Additional transportation options include:
• New public bus transit connecting Tofino and Ucluelet
• Bike rentals, including pedal bikes and e-bikes
• Rideshare via Coastal Rides app and Tofino Taxi (limited drivers)
• Pre-arranged Tiki Bus and Pacific Rim Navigators for larger groups
• Budget Rental Cars available at Tofino Airport (pre-arranged)
• EVO Car Rental

To reach Tofino/Ucluelet from the mainland, take a ferry to Nanaimo (closest) or Victoria, followed by a scenic 3–5 hour drive. You can also fly into the local airport with Pacific Coastal Airlines or seasonally take a float plane from Vancouver Harbour to Tofino Harbour.



BOOKING POLICIES:
• Bookings are subject to a cleaning fee plus GST, PST and MRDT (Municipal) tax.
• During the peak summer season (June 15 – Sept 15), houses have a 3 night minimum (or more) stay must be back-to-back to avoid gaps. If you book and create a one night gap, we will contact you to shuffle the reservation ahead.
• Mid-season rates apply on Winter long weekends and during Christmas.
• 3 night minimum stay for all Canadian Statutory Holidays
• 5–10% discount for 7 nights or more not during peak season; reach out for it to be applied
• Monthly stays: PST and MRDT do not apply and the system service fee will be discounted so please reach out for a quote.
• Cancellation: 100% refund less $50 cancellation fee plus tax if cancelled more than 30 days before arrival. Non refundable if cancelled within 30 days of check-in. The different travel websites state slightly different
• Direct Booking Damage Deposit: A damage deposit is held (not charged) the day of check in and released 5 business days after check out as long as no damage has been incurred if you are booking direct.



INSURANCE:

For direct bookings, this property is protected by TRUVI (formerly Superhog), a trusted guest verification platform similar to AirCover. After booking, you’ll receive a verification request from TRUVI, which must be completed prior to check-in.

The location is perfect for us, overlooking the docks, super close walk to everything. The property is super well stocked with everything you could need, clean, and spacious enough for our family of 5. The hosts are super helpful and easy to communicate with.
