Expedia to review relationship with establishment

Checkin was done based on a deal that the owner only agreed to do it on cash as well as directly and not thru Hotels.com/Expedia. Since it was too late when we arrived, we agreed to stay. We stayed for 2 nights and took 2 rooms as per the original reservation.
