Attic Apartment near Lake Constance with Wi-Fi and Balcony

The well-furnished apartment “Landhaus in der hohen Eich - DG” is situated in an old forester’s house in a quiet rural area north of Überlingen, and is great for relaxing holidays in the scenic countryside close to Lake Constance. The 70 m² apartment in the attic consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 2 bedrooms as well as one bathroom and can therefore accommodate 4 people.



Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, a washing machine, fans and satellite television. The apartment has a balcony for your morning coffee with nice views over the landscape, and the private outdoor area boasts an open terrace and a garden, where you can have breakfast or spend the evenings with a glass of wine. Guests can also relax in the spa area.



From the apartment, it is a 10-minute drive (7 km) to Überlingen, where you will find supermarkets, bakeries, pharmacies and restaurants. The closest beach, Strandbad Ost in Überlingen, is a 15-minute drive (10 km) away, where you can take swims in the clear blue water and enjoy the beautiful lake and mountain panorama. The charming centre of Überlingen, with lovely architecture, bustling promenades and a thermal bath is a 13-minute drive (9 km) away. Other beaches can be found in Sipplingen (a 17-minute drive or 15 km) and Ludwigshafen after a 22-minute drive (19 km). From the ferry terminal in Meersburg, a 24-minute drive (18 km) away, you can cross the lake to Konstanz and visit the picturesque old town centre with centuries-old architecture and a famous cathedral. The Lake Constance region offers numerous great hiking and cycling routes through scenic landscapes and along the lakeshores. In winter, you can even go skiing after a 21-minute drive (13.5 km) or across the nearby Austrian or Swiss borders.

Pets are not allowed.

For the use of the spa an additional fee of 30.00 EUR per use of the sauna / 2 persons incl. 2 sauna towels, 2 shower towels and 2 bathrobes will be charged.

Our guests are welcome to use our wellness sauna area in the evening or on weekends by arrangement.

This apartment offers its guests a sauna, barbecue grills, and laundry facilities. The front desk is open around the clock.
