The beautiful apartment “Haus Eiche” is situated in a quiet rural area outside of Überlingen, only a short drive from Lake Constance, and is the ideal location for relaxing holidays in this beautiful area. The 83 m² apartment consists of a living room with a dining area and a single bed, a very well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 2 bedrooms (one with 2 single beds) as well as one bathroom and can therefore accommodate 5 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, a washing machine and satellite television. The apartment is surrounded by green meadows and, and you can start the day with breakfast on the spacious balcony with seating furniture and views of the shared garden with trees and a the “Hödinger” mountain. You can also spend the evenings with a glass of wine and delicious meals from the barbecue, which is shared with the other apartments. Other beaches can be found in Sipplingen (an 11-minute drive or 8.7 km) and Ludwigshafen after a 13-minute drive (11.7 km). From the ferry terminal in Meersburg, a 20-minute drive (18 km) away, you can cross the lake to Konstanz and visit the picturesque old town centre with centuries-old architecture and a famous cathedral.
