Genießen Sie eine Auszeit in unserer neugebauten, sehr hochwertig ausgestatteten Ferienwohnung in ruhiger und idyllischer Lage. Die gemütlich gestaltete Wohnung wurde mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet, liegt im Erdgeschoss, ist barrierefrei zugänglich und verfügt über eine voll ausgestattete sonnige Westterrasse mit Blick in Richtung Berge und Chiemsee. Ein geräumiger Wohnraum im Wohlfühlambiente mit voll ausgestatteter Küche inkl. Kühl.-/Gefrierkombination, Geschirrspüler um sich kulinarisch zu verwöhnen, Essbereich mit Echtholzmöbel, sowie einer Schlafcouch und Flatscreenfernseher  zum Entspannen. Das separate Schlafzimmer ist ausgestattet mit Musterringholzmöbeln und verfügt über ein großes Doppelbett und genug Stauraum bietet der 2 Meter Schrank mit Spiegeltüren. Das große Badezimmer wurde mit einer extragroßen barrierefreien Dusche, Handtuchwärmer und großem Waschbecken mit beleuchtetem Spiegel ausgestattet. Ein Abstellraum verfügt über eine Waschmaschine, Wäschegestell, Staubsauger und Stauregal. Wir freuen uns auf Sie!

Am Chiemsee kann man sehr gut Fahrad fahren. Die kostenlose Radkarte ist super. Alle Wege zudem gut ausgeschildert. Die Wohnung liegt auf einem Berg mit steilem Anstieg. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist sehr gut. Wir hätten gern auf der Terasse gefrühstückt, leider ist der Tisch zu klein.

Sommerurlaub 2023

Wir konnten von der Wohnung aus Rad- und Wandertouren starten. Auch mit dem Auto waren Sehenswürdigkeiten im Chiemgau schnell zu erreichen. Die Wohnung ist ruhig und gut ausgestattet. Auch die Terrasse lädt zum verweilen ein. Gegenüber der Wohnung gibt es ein gutes Restaurant mit einer tollen Terrasse und sehr leckerem Essen. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt.

Die Wohnungs-Flurbeleuchtung sollte nicht über Bewegungsmelder gesteuert werden sondern mit einem normalen Lichtschalter.

Erholsame Tage am Chiemsee

Moderne und großzügige Ferienwohnung mit allem was man für einen entspannten Urlaub benötigt. Voll ausgestattete Küche, tolle Terrasse mit kompletter Ausstattung, ruhige Lage und mitten in der Natur. Kleiner Abzug für die Lage, da man doch etwas ab vom Schuss ist und für Ausflüge, Einkauf und Restaurants immer das Auto benötigt. Die Wohnung war sauber und ordentlich, hinter dem Bett sollte mal gesaugt werden. Der Sauger ist quasi nutzlos, da er kaum Saugleistung hat. Der Kontakt war super nett und unkompliziert. Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub und kommen gern wieder :)
