The barrier-free apartment consists of a living/dining area, a very well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 2 bedrooms, a bathroom and an additional toilet and can therefore accommodate 4 people. The child-friendly apartment is further equipped with Wi-Fi, a beautiful fireplace, satellite TV, a portable fan, a ping-pong table, a washing machine and dryer, as well as a baby cot and a high chair (on request). On site you can find a playground where your children can enjoy themselves. The outside area of the apartment includes a private south-facing terrace with a magnificent mountain panorama, it is furnished and equipped with a barbecue (coal and gas). There is also a shared garden with an outdoor shower and pool (from April to November). Guests can make use of the sauna for an additional fee. The nearest supermarket is 4 minutes away by car (1.3 km), here you can also find restaurants, bars and cafés. The lido Übersee is just a short drive of 7 minutes (4 km) away.
