This apartment is located on the ground floor (4 steps) of a multi-party house within the "lagoon city", a resort with a marina and boat trailer, directly on the Szczecin Lagoon on the Baltic Sea. The beach is about 200 meters away. The seaside resort of Ueckermünde, the easternmost German port city on the Szczecin Lagoon, has about 12,000 inhabitants. It has become a highly recommended holiday destination in recent years. The 46 m² apartment is modernly equipped and has a living room with pull-out sofa bed for two persons (1.95 mx 1.4 m), a dining area for four, a flat screen TV and a radio with CD player. The bedroom has a double bed (1.80 m wide), a large wardrobe and a chest of drawers. The landlord will be happy to provide you with a baby cot free of charge. A kitchen open to the living room with electric stove, oven, refrigerator with freezer, coffee maker, toaster and a kettle leaves nothing to be desired. A bathroom with shower, toilet, sink, hair dryer and central heating is also available. All windows are with fly screens and the patio doors are each equipped with an insect screen door. The apartment has a cable connection and has Wi-Fi throughout the property. Some board games are already waiting for you. The apartment is oriented towards the marina. From each window and from the terrace you have an unrestricted view of the marina with its moored boats. On the terrace, which is oriented to the southwest, chairs, a table and a parasol are available. The complex, in which the apartment is located, has a children's playground. Bringing pets is not allowed. All prices include heating, water, electricity and final cleaning. The beds are made and for each guest towels and bath towels are ready. The historic old town of Ueckermünde is about two kilometers away. Here you will find, among other things, a lovely old town with cafes, restaurants and shopping, a marina on the Uecker with boat rentals, passenger boat trip to Poland and the island of Usedom, a beautiful zoo, a well-kept beach with spa and promenade on the Szczecin Lagoon with catering, beach chair rental and Mini golf. The well-developed network of cycling and hiking trails allows you to explore the beautiful wooded surroundings without a car. Anglers find especially on the river Uecker best conditions. The nearest grocery store is 750 meters away. Arrivals can be made outside the main season on any day, in high season on Saturday or Sunday. Check-in is from 3 pm, departure should be before 10 am (or in agreement). The fee is between 01. 05. and 30. 09. according to currently valid statutes 1.20 EUR per day / Person (from 18 years) and will be charged in cash.
