The simple summer bungalow is located on a separate, fenced recreational plot in a large holiday estate in a wooded area, only approx. 150 m from the beach. Equipped with living area (upholstered furniture incl. sofa bed, TV, radio), bedroom (double bed), kitchen area with pantry kitchen incl. microwave and dining area, shower/WC, electric heating. At your disposal are a furnished terrace. Terrace, sun lounger and car parking space. Children's playground on the beach. Included in the total price: Final cleaning, water and energy consumption. Bed linen/towels can be brought or rented.



Bellin, a district of the harbour town of Ueckermünde, is a small holiday resort on the Szczecin Lagoon in wooded surroundings. Shopping facilities, restaurant, lido and bicycle hire are available. Ueckermünde with its zoo and harbour is approx. 5 km away. Excursions to Poland and the island of Usedom are possible from here. The new "old" border crossing to Poland in Hintersee with favourable shopping facilities is approx. 15 km away.
