Located in Ueckermünde, Bellin district, this renovated 35 m² holiday home accommodates up to 4 guests. It features 1 bedroom with a solid bunk bed and a living room with a fold-out sofa bed for two. The well-equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower, sink, and toilet, and heating in all rooms ensure comfort. Amenities include a coffee machine, HD TV, and a private barbecue.



Enjoy the spacious covered terrace with seating, table, wooden bench, and 2 loungers—all within a fully fenced private garden. From here, you have views across the fields to the Stettiner Haff nature park. Bellin Beach is just 950 m away. The forest beach "Bellini Beach" is a 3-minute drive, and the Ueckermünde beach with a large dog area is 5 minutes by car.



Two bicycles are included with the house, in good condition and ready for use at check-in. This service is free of charge; however, repairs or maintenance (such as inflating tires) are not provided. Guests are liable for loss or damage.



A private parking space is available, and public transport is nearby. One dog up to 30 kg is allowed upon prior arrangement with the host. Events are not permitted, and quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 6 a.m.



The old town and harbor of Ueckermünde are 5 minutes away by car. The region’s largest zoo, Tierpark Ueckermünde, offers family fun. Altwarp harbor for boat trips is 10 minutes away. Gas station and supermarket are 1.5 km away. Nearby, you'll find a pony farm, four restaurants, and a seasonal bread delivery service. Enjoy pirate ship rides on the "Ucra" or ferry trips to Usedom or Swinoujście.
