Vacation Apartment Sunshine:
The 4 star apartment Sonnenschein has WiFi access, is equipped with all amenities and can be heated all year round. You no longer need a key for the apartment, you will receive a personal access code by email and enter it on arrival, the door opens with a green signal, done. The apartment is in the basement and can be reached at ground level. In addition, the apartment has a 1600 sqm garden with a small greenhouse for the supply of herbs and vegetables during the season. The kitchen has everything ready for the holiday, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, microwave, ceramic hobs make the pots hot, the dishwasher makes the dishes clean again. The apartment has 1 bedroom with a double bed. In the bathroom with towel dryer, hairdryer, etc., the floor-level shower is an eye-catcher. The living room has a flat screen TV with satellite TV and a Bluetooth music system. The grill is ready for the barbecue party, the terrace with 16 sqm offers additional space and has enough seating for 4 guests.

All apartments were extensively renovated between 2015 and 2019 and have been classified with 4 stars by the German Tourism Association since 2019. We welcome you to the 4-star holiday apartments that we have now created and wish you a lot of relaxation and a pleasant stay. Our garden The apartments include a 1600 square meter garden with grill islands and a small greenhouse for the supply of herbs and vegetables of the season.

Bedingt Rollstuhl gerecht

Zufahrt und Zugang ist barrierefrei, die Dusche trotz bodengleicher Einrichtung nicht benutzbar für Rollstuhlfahrer. An der Toilette fehlen die Bügel, daher keine Benutzung ohne Hilfe. Das Schlafzimmer und die restlichen Zimmer sind barrierefrei eingerichtet und nutzbar. Wenn man also ein wenig flexibel ist, ist es eine schöne Wohnung.

Ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich.

Alles war super sauber. Schönes Grundstück mit Terrasse. Für kleine Kinder wäre in Zukunft vielleicht an einen Sandkasten zu denken.

Die Unterkunft war so weit in Ordnung. Was wir nicht so schön fanden war, daß man nicht von der Wohnung aus auf die Terrasse gelangt sondern um das Haus herum gehen muss und das die Wohnung direkt an der Hauptstraße liegt. Die Koffer mussten wir durch das Schlafzimmerfenster in die Wohnung reichen oder man hätte diese um das Haus befördern müssen, da man schlecht vor der Haustür stehen kann, da Hauptstraße.
