Ideal for families with up to 2 children, bedroom, teenager's room with 2 folding beds, bathroom with whirlpool, separate toilet, fully equipped kitchen with bar stools, dishwasher, washing machine, cosy pellet stove in the living room, 15 km to Schluchsee, 15 km to the Swiss border. A visitor's tax of € 1.90 per night/adult is charged in addition to the booking price and is payable directly to the landlord. Free public transport is available with the guest/conus card. I have to send the Konus card to your home, so I need your booking for free public transport 1 week before the start of your holiday.

Der Check-In hat nicht geklappt, der Schlüssel sollte in einemSchlüsselsafe hinterlegt sein. Offenbar hatten unsere Vorgänger auch schon ihre Probleme damit, da der Schlüssel nicht im Safe sondern in der Wohnung hing.Der Stil der Wohnung ist sehr lieblos und ungemütlich.Die Couch ist nicht für 3 Personen geeignet und außerdem sehr durchgesessen.Ebenso die Matratzen der Betten. Das gehört alles erneuert.Die Highlight , der Offen und die Badewanne, sind eher etwas für die kalten Monate.Zur Küche: lädt aufgrund fehlender Sauberkeit nicht unbedingt dazu ein sich Speisen zu zubereiten.Teller und Besteck sehr knapp vorhanden.Das Jugendlichenzimmer ist eigentlich vorgesehen für 2 Personen, nix für Leute mit Platzangst. Für eine Person ist es eigentlich schon zu klein.Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem 5 Parteienhaus. Fast täglich zog der süßliche Duft von Canabis durchs Treppenhaus- muss man mögen… WLAN top, Balkon auch. Aussenanlagen nicht besonders gepflegt. Fazit: Preis/Leistung passt leider nicht.

Unsere Urlaub war an sich schön. Das ist aber nicht der Ferienwohnung zu verdanken. Da gab es leider ein paar Dinge die nicht so schön waren. Die Sauberkeit der Wohnung ließ sehr zu wünschen übrig. Ein Staubsauger den man nicht benutzen konnte, da er so vermutzt war. Leider konnten man ihn nicht öffnen zum reinigen. Und das Sofa wies starke Verschmutzungen auf. Der Abfluss der Badewanne war stark verschmutzt, so das mann diesen nicht schließen konnte. Und somit war die Badewanne nicht als solches benutzbar. Trotz Waschmaschine, fehlte ein Wäschständer oder Platz zum Wäsche aufhängen.Ohne Hilfe der netten Nachbarn im Haus hätten wir die Ferienwohnung nicht gefunden. Da diese sich in einem Wohnhaus befand.

FeWo okay, aber leider nicht sehr sauber

Die FeWo war wie beschrieben und das gesamte Check-in hat super funktioniert. Die Grösse der Wohnung für 2 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder perfekt. Schöne Umgebung mit vielen Unternehmungsmöglichkeiten.Leider war die Wohnung vermutlich länger nicht vermietet und daher war die Wohnung nicht sehr sauber (schmutzige Badewanne/ Badedüsen, alte/schmutzige Teppiche, staubiger Boden, klebriges Besteck, verschmierte Fenster).

Wir waren zufrieden

Im Großen und Ganzen war alles so wie in der Anzeige bis auf Jacuzzi die man nur zur Hälfte mit warmem Wasser füllen kann.
