The heart of the villa is the large, bright living room that opens elegantly onto the veranda. Here, every detail is designed to enjoy the home to the fullest: the dining table welcomes long breakfasts or dinners, while the fully equipped and modern kitchen invites convivial and relaxing moments.
Outside, two verandas offer distinct but equally charming spaces: the rear one, more private, is ideal for reading or quiet dinners; the front one, instead, offers a breathtaking sea view, perfect for sunset aperitifs or breakfasts kissed by the sea breeze.
On the second floor, the villa features two air-conditioned bedrooms: a cozy double room and a twin room. The interiors are spacious and well-kept, with a bright living area and a practical kitchenette where you can prepare lunches and dinners to enjoy with a sea view. The bathroom is modern and functional, complete with a shower box and every convenience necessary for a worry-free holiday. The entire property is equipped with air conditioning. As with the first floor, the true heart of the house lies in its two verandas.
