The kitchenette features a ceramic hob and a fridge with freezer compartment. The bathroom with window has a shower with glass enclosure and a WC. Two custom-made solid wood beds (birch plywood) can be arranged as a double bed or as singles in an L-shape. A connector creates a continuous mattress for the double bed. Free parking is available at the house for small cars; larger cars can park across the street before the cul-de-sac. A shared charging station for electric cars and bicycle storage are available at the house. The bike storage is under the house roof. The apartment is ideal for 1–2 people seeking a relaxing holiday.
