The area, which consists of water, dykes, mills and dunes, is also great to discover by bike. If you like the sea, go to the sea beaches of Castricum or Egmond aan Zee. We also recommend a visit to the beautiful Alkmaar. Alkmaar is known for its cheese market, order a cheeseboard and glass of Heineken somewhere and appreciate the Netherlands. Many amenities are available at the park and harbour, including a restaurant, bike and boat rental. The park is easily accessible by motorway and Schiphol Airport is nearby
