I understand that the property is just 20 days old but there are some things you can’t overlook like we had turned on the DND sign but still the staff kept knocking on the door and when no one opened the used the master key and opened. They have restaurant but you will not get tea there. They will only keep making excuses that the property is new for everything. The staff are very unprofessional and have no sense about anything at all. Think wisely before booking this hotel.

I would not recommend anyone going to ujjain to stay in this hotel due to following reasons: 1. Terrible food. No breakfast buffet. Almost all of the items mentioned in the menu were not available. They’ve mentioned such items as well which they don’t provide at any time. 2. They didn’t provide any amenities in the bathroom. No vanity kit or dental kit. No soap or shampoo. 3. While booking the hotel we requested for early checkin and they agreed but when we reached the property they refused for early checkin
