Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities
Terrible Experience – Zero Responsibility and Poor Management Extremely disappointed with the complete lack of professionalism at this hotel. I had a pre-booked and confirmed reservation, but upon reaching the property, the reception casually informed me that they had sold my room to another guest. Instead of taking accountability or helping me find alternative accommodation, they left me to figure things out on my own. This level of negligence and overbooking is completely unacceptable, especially for travelers visiting Ujjain. I strongly advise everyone to avoid this hotel—they do not honor confirmed bookings!
