We were disappointed that even though the new looking wood floor LOOKED clean, it was filthy. I took off my shoes and after just a few steps, my feet were black and sooty. Also, the AC was too strong and I tried many times to turn it off at the remote even lower it and nothing worked. I finally turned off the fan manually. Pool was not heated. Why have a pool for guests and pay for the expense, if no one can swim in it? I liked the remodel, but please pay attention to details. Putting the right toilet tank cover on doesn’t seem like a big deal, but it’s all the little details that make it better! The front AND bathroom doors stuck tightly, and opening and closing them was a chore. DETAILS! The manager, Raj was very friendly.

Pleasantly surprised at the level of renovation done on this place. Rooms aee well-appointed and comfortable. Everything has been updated and the furnishings appear to be quite new. The front desk employees were very helpful and friendly. Would definitely stay again if we are back in this area.

Hidden Gem in Willits

We only spent one night at The Woodrose but would have been happy to stay longer. The room was surprisingly large and very well decorated with a modern feel, and we were happy to find that the room had a mini fridge and a microwave. Raj at the front desk was very accommodating and sent us a list of restaurant recommendations in the area that are vegetarian friendly.
