The room is dangerous, not ADA compliant, I fell on the floor in the disability access bathroom due to it being improperly drained. The “management” aka Olga is threatening and unprofessional. When informed of falling in shower/bathroom, “management” couldn’t bother to even acknowledge. The regional is equally useless. Do not stay here if you value your health and safety. Worst hotel experience ever.

Staff was incredibly welcoming and kind. Average stay, but two complaints with the dirty sheets and the shower being either scalding hot or freezing cold. No noisy neighbors though.
