Ahgunyah Beach House - Beautiful, spacious home opposite the Golf Course
Welcome to your perfect coastal getaway in Mollymook.
This spacious two-storey, four-bedroom home is ideally positioned directly opposite the Mollymook Golf Course and just a short stroll to the beach.
With ocean views from the upstairs balcony, you can relax with a morning coffee or evening drink while soaking up the beauty of the coastline. The home offers plenty of room for families or groups to unwind, with comfortable bedrooms, generous living spaces, and a fully equipped kitchen.
Whether you’re here to enjoy a round of golf, spend lazy days by the ocean, or simply take in the fresh coastal air, this property provides the ideal base for your holiday.
The two singles can be moved to make a King bed. Please advise at time of booking if you would prefer that bed layout, or no changes will be made. Also if you are booking with children please be aware there are no safety gates on the stairs.
Just a short stroll through the Golf Course to Collers Beach (dog friendly) or a 7 min walk to the southern end of Mollymook Beach
Please note this property has external security cameras, they are aimed at the front door plus North & South gates, they are monitored at all times
