There is a modern open plan kitchen, living, dining space that is complete with stacker doors leading out to the lower floor entertaining area. The top floor also hosts the master bedroom, ensuite and balcony with view over Ulladulla Harbour and beaches beyond.
This holiday home has tremendous character and possesses a unique style with the public park, boat ramp and Harbour only meters away,. Walking distance to the CBD of Ulladulla with the many restaurants, cafe's, bars and gorgeous boutiques on offer.
