Great Family & Pet Friendly Home - Walk to Beach

Enjoy this great family home perfect for large families or large groups of friends. There is plenty of space for entertaining in main living area, outside BBQ area and has a 2nd Living room which is a perfect area for Kids.. There are 2 bedrooms upstairs and 3 bedrooms downstairs. Only a 5-minute walk to the Beach. The perfect house and location for your next Holiday!

Upstairs - Sleeps 4
- Master Bedroom - very large room with Queen Bed
- 2nd Bedroom Queen Bed - this room has a workspace (desk) with a monitor.
Both bedrooms open up to upstairs balcony

Downstairs - Sleeps 8
- 2 of the Bedrooms downstairs have Queen Beds
- The other bedroom downstairs has 1 x Tri Bunk Bed (double down and single up) and another single bed. Sleeps 4

The whole House Sleeps 12.

- There are 2 living rooms, a large full kitchen and a BBQ area outside.


You may be asked to move dates slightly over Peak season to work in with our cleaners. Thank you in advance 🙏

All spaces in the house and outside apart from the shed in the backyard.
We also have some linen cupboards locked for personal items.

We don`t supply firewood for the firepit, feel free to bring your own.
Please make sure area is cleaned afterwards and before checkout.
All guests and visitors permitted at this premise;

- No parties or schoolies to be at our property
- We have a ‘no sand’ policy so please wash off sand when you return from the beach, there is a hose out the front to wash off.
- No smoking inside or on the balcony
- We have a very quiet and peaceful neighbourhood, please respect our neighbours and come inside by 10pm
- Please don’t allow kids to eat on furnishings or in bedrooms.
- Please do not leave A/C on for long lengths of time or when you are not there.
- Outside big dogs outside and ok for small non-shedding dogs only inside
- Please ensure your pet is cleaned up after before leaving and if you have an anxious pet, please don`t leave at the property alone.
