This cottage is located in a quiet street which is only a minute's walk to Mollymook Beach. Open plan living /dining /kitchen. Large main bedroom with new ensuite. Enclosed entertainment deck with a large leafy yard. This property is only a five-minute drive to the cafes and shops of Milton, Mollymook, and Ulladulla. Great value for money.
