Contemporary Mollymook townhouse, 5-min walk to beach & golf club. Three spacious bedrooms, private courtyard with BBQ. Ideal summer escape location.
The Space:
Location, Location - Enjoy a 5 minute walk to South Mollymook beach, Mollymook Golf Club and other cafes and shops. Not only is the beach 5 minutes but so is the Park and the 9 Hole Beachside golf course. Fancy a bit of shopping, this property is situated just a 5 minute drive from the heart of Ulladulla or Milton where you will find everything you will need. Including linen all you will need to bring is your beach towels!
The Townhouse - This townhouse in a small complex of 5 at the rear, featuring three spacious bedrooms upstairs with a three way bathroom. Good size living areas downstairs and an extra shower and toilet joined to the laundry.
There is a gas BBQ in the private enclosed courtyard with outdoor table and chairs.
All kitchen utensils and cutlery are provided for everything you will need to make this unit your home away from home.
Important Notes:
- Unfortunately this property does not provide Wifi
- Everyday items such as rubbish bags, cleaning products, soap, toilet paper etc are also not provided.
- Linen and towels are included however please be sure to pack and bring your own beach towels
- This property is not pet friendly
- This property has a strict 'no party policy' and guests must be over the age of 21 when booking this property.
- Strictly no schoolies, bucks or hens parties these type of bookings will be cancelled
- Payment for the booking warrants you and all guests staying will abide by the Code of Conduct for Short Term Rental Accommodation which can be viewed under Terms & Conditions.

Great location at beautiful Mollymook beach an easy walk to the beach, cafe and park.lots of room for all the family.
Staff were always happy to answer any questions I had about 3/14 Davis place.
