The home features both internal and external staircases for easy access, as well as a convenient powder room upstairs. Downstairs, you'll find the main bathroom and an ensuite off the master bedroom.
This beachside haven is only moments from the golden sands of Mollymook Beach, offering easy access for those long summer days filled with surf and sunshine. After a day by the sea, return to your private, fully fenced backyard—complete with outdoor seating and a firepit, ideal for relaxed evenings under the stars.
